Short Description: In this comical fantasy RPG, a perverted king goes on a quest to conquer boredom and slay the Demon Lord. He is joined by his sarcastic queen, their naive prince, and the royal horse.
Full Description: Thade, king of northern Pixelos, is bored of sitting in his throne room. One faithful day, he leaves his iron walls to seek out adventure. Little does he know that by breaking the fourth wall, Thade and his somewhat dysfunctional family have evoked the wrath of the evil Demon Lord. Join Thade, his wife, Beqa, their son, Luth, and Jaqby, their horse, on a hilarious journey.
This game was inspired by many things in my life. Obviously, the title calls to mind Dragon Quest, but there are various other video game and pop culture references sprinkled throughout the experience, as well as jokes that are not directly satirical. I hope that you enjoy my first RPG, as I spent hours upon hours testing and polishing the gameplay, world, and story. Though it is not the longest game, it should take even the most experienced adventurer more than a couple hours. For the less experienced, I have left a debug test mode hidden near the beginning of the game. See if you can find it!
